Tele2
Tele2 Sweden required the consolidation of a subsidiary business (sub-brand) of 2 million mobile and broadband subscribers into their BSS stack that included the Ericsson Charging System and Ericsson NGVS (Voucher Management).
TDMC performed the gap analysis between legacy and target, designed and implemented the migration solution, and planned and executed the cutover.
Lloyds Register
From strategy to big-bang cutover, 80's mainframe to a bespoke solution in the cloud, the migration of the Lloyds Register shipping registry was a complex migration that had been attempted several times over the decades.
The co-founder of TDMC devised the strategy by successfully influencing key stakeholders to adopt a practical strategy. He then led the migration team through solution design and implementation, culminating in a successful big-bang execution.
Veon
Over 5 years, Veon embarked on migration projects across 6 countries (Georgia, Algeria, Bangladesh, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine and Pakistan) to migrate mobile and broadband subscribers to the Ericsson Charging System and Qvantel BSS.
Migration Solution Architecture and ETL Development roles were taken in all countries.
